Estandon wine range

Founded in 1947, Estandon Vignerons has become one of Provence’s most recognized names and a benchmark for premium rosé. Bringing together more than 200 winegrowers across the heart of Provence, the cooperative combines deep regional expertise with a commitment to sustainability, producing wines that capture the freshness, elegance and Mediterranean character of Southern France.

The Estate

Based in the Var department, Estandon works across some of Provence’s most respected appellations, including Côtes de Provence, Coteaux Varois en Provence and Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. For more than seventy years, the cooperative has united growers around a common goal: producing authentic wines that express the diversity and beauty of Provence’s vineyard landscapes.

Vineyards and Terroir

The vineyards benefit from a classic Mediterranean climate characterized by warm sunny days, cool nights and the influence of the Mistral wind. Limestone, clay and sandy-gravel soils provide excellent drainage and contribute freshness, aromatic intensity and mineral precision. These conditions are ideally suited to Provence’s traditional grape varieties, particularly Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre.

Winemaking

The focus is on preserving freshness, purity and balance. Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed to extract delicate aromas and achieve the pale colour associated with Provence rosé. Temperature-controlled fermentations help retain vibrant fruit character, while careful blending ensures consistency and elegance across the range.

Many vineyards are farmed organically or under sustainable certification programs, reflecting Estandon’s long-term commitment to environmental stewardship and biodiversity.

Wine Style

Elegant, fresh and unmistakably Provençal. The rosés offer aromas of citrus, white peach, wild berries and Mediterranean herbs, supported by bright acidity and a refined mineral finish. The wines are versatile, approachable and perfectly suited to both casual enjoyment and gastronomy.
